Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets and hiring KPIs.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
Manage recruitment for Managerial, Senior Management, Executive, and C-Level positions across various business functions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to ensure the best hiring decisions.
Monitor recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and market trends to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Psychology.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment for Managerial, Senior Management, Executive, and C-Level positions.
Experience leading and managing a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and achieve hiring targets.
Strong sourcing and executive search capabilities using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Willing to be based in Cikarang.
