Business Development Executive - Hospitality & Events

About the role

You will be the face of Soundshape in Bali, identifying target venues, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals. This is a field-based role that suits someone who is comfortable walking into a resort GM's office and confidently presenting a solution that sells itself.

You will not be doing this alone. We provide full support: lead mapping, demo equipment, on-site technical assistance, and delivery. Your focus is purely on relationships and closing.

What you'll do

•     Identify and approach hotels, resorts, and event venues across Bali
•     Build relationships with GMs, event managers, and procurement contacts
•     Schedule and lead demo presentations at target venues
•     Manage your own pipeline and report progress weekly
•     Represent Soundshape professionally in all client interactions

What we're looking for

    Proven B2B or hospitality sales experience, you've sold to professionals, not just consumers

    Existing network within Bali's hotel, resort, or events scene is a strong advantage

    Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers in English, Indonesian or perhaps even in Balinese

Compensation

A fixed base salary of 3 million, with uncapped commission per sale on top of around 6-8 million.

So if you sell 2 units in a month: 15-19 million

If you sell 3 units in a month: 21-27 million

And so forth... and because it is uncapped the sky is the limit.
