Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar leadership or supervisory role (Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or equivalent).
· Proven ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Strong organizational and financial management skills.
