Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings, and reminders
Assist with administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
Support personal arrangements when needed
Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in daily work
Qualifications:
Active university student joining a campus internship program
Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
Organized, responsive, and able to multitask
Good communication skills
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Willing to learn and adapt quickly
Domiciled in Surabaya is preferred
