What You'll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of the depot, including scheduling, production planning, and inventory management.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the depot and staff to ensure they are always in top condition.
Maintain inventory of raw materials and ensure production processes continue without delays or unnecessary waste.
Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and other records to ensure the depot operates profitably.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, including setting performance targets and monitoring employee performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Design, and Engineering, to ensure the depot meets company goals.
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B, FMCG, or Production, or at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a related industry.
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
Highly committed, outgoing, energetic, and possesses a positive attitude.
Highly committed, detail-oriented, and systems-oriented.
Able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
Proficient in using Google Workspace and ERP systems
Willing to work on a shift schedule
Capable of working using own laptop
