Job Description:
Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to management regarding litigation, compliance matters, and dispute resolution.
Represent to the company in various litigation matters, such as land disputes, administrative dispute, as well as environmental and social issues.
Handle and manage legal activities, such as land acquisition and community disputes, to make sure compliance with environmental laws.
Keep update in statutory regulations, especially in the areas of environmental law, agrarian law, and corporate regulations affecting the palm oil industry.
Support mediation, negotiations, and investigations related to communities and third parties to prevent escalation into litigation.
