Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and equipment.
Create and update mechanical drawings using CAD and SolidWorks.
Support fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and work instructions.
Provide technical support and help supervise workshop activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Open for Diploma or Bachelor Degree graduate
Minimum 1 - 2 year of practical mechanical experience
Experience leading practical activities as a leading hand, supervisor, or informal trainer is preferred.
Basic to intermediate understanding of logistics and material movement is preferred.
Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks for mechanical drawing.
Familiar with mechanical tools, equipment, and workshop practices.
Fluent in English in highly preferable
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Willing to work in a dynamic workshop and field environment.
