As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of massage and facial treatments while ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional body massage treatments (Balinese, Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.)
Conduct facial treatments according to spa protocols
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
Consult guests on treatment needs and recommend suitable services
Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
Ensure guest comfort and handle feedback professionally
Follow SOPs and health & safety standards
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience as Spa Therapist
Skilled in body massage and facial treatments (mandatory)
Certified in massage/spa therapy (preferred)
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Well-groomed, professional, and friendly personality
Customer-focused with strong service attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with positive energy
