Job Description:
Develop civil and structural engineering designs, including technical specifications, engineering drawings, and design criteria
Prepare procurement and tender documentation related to civil and structural engineering works
Review and provide recommendations for infrastructure design modifications and improvements from civil and structural perspectives
Conduct technical evaluations to ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, safety, and quality requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support project planning, design development, and implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required, preferably in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Min. 3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects is preferred)
Active involvement in organizations, competitions, and technical/non-technical training programs
Project experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency in engineering software and technical drawing tools is an advantage
