Site Leader & Director Assistant
Job Description:
Collaborate with each Operations Manager on every project
Collaborate with back office teams(including HR, finance, IT)
Act as the main liaison with clients, responding to their needs and complaints in a timely manner
Build, lead, and motivate the team
Develop training systems and talent development programs to improve the team’s professional competencies
Establish performance evaluation indicators and implement reward and disciplinary systems
Report project progress regularly and maintain customer satisfaction
Identify potential business risks and develop contingency plans (such as data security, service disruptions, etc.)
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin & English both spoken and written (Min. HSK 5 and TOEFL 580)
Understand labor regulations and the market environment in Indonesia
Have relevant work experience in BPO with minimum of 2 years experience as an Operational Manager
Have experience in e-commerce industry
Possess strong communication skills
Minimum education background: Bachelor’s degree (S1)
Honest, resilient, diligent, and able to work under pressure
Salary: 20-30 juta
