Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of ESG strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability frameworks.
- Prepare ESG reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.
- Collect, analyze, and monitor ESG data, including environmental performance and carbon emissions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive ESG initiatives and sustainability projects.
- Develop ESG communication materials and support sustainability campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, CSR, Risk, Compliance, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting (GRI, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability Standards is a plus).
- Experience in ESG data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across business functions.
