What You'll Be Doing / 岗位职责
Product Presentation & Hosting: Prepare and deliver clear, engaging, and professional presentations/livestreams to introduce and demonstrate our company's electrical products in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
产品推介与主持： 负责用普通话和印尼语进行清晰、生动且专业的演讲或直播，介绍并演示公司的电气产品。
Script & Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling scripts, highlight product USP (Unique Selling Points), and create interactive content.
脚本与内容协作： 与市场及技术团队紧密合作，撰写引人入胜的脚本，提炼产品核心卖点，打造互动性强的内容。
Audience Engagement: Connect effectively with clients and viewers, answering product-related inquiries professionally to build trust and brand loyalty.
受众互动： 建立与客户和观众的良好连接，专业地解答产品相关咨询，提升客户对品牌的信任度与忠诚度。
Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and company product updates to continuously enhance the quality and persuasiveness of your presentations.

Professional Delivery: Ensure accurate pronunciation, professional demeanor, and high-energy delivery to maintain a polished corporate image.

What We're Looking For / 任职要求
Language Fluency: Fluency in Indonesian is required. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are preferred.
语言能力： 印尼语流利为基本要求。会普通话者优先，不会普通话也可以。具备良好的沟通能力，并能适应多元文化工作环境。
Relevant Experience: Proven experience in livestreaming, product hosting, video presentations, sales, or voice-over work. (Experience in tech/manufacturing industries is a plus!)
相关经验： 拥有直播带货、产品主持、视频出镜、销售或配音相关经验者优先（有科技或制造业背景更佳）。
Stage Presence: Confident, energetic, and natural in front of the camera or microphone, with the ability to captivate and influence an audience.

Fast Learner: Ability to quickly understand technical product specifications and translate them into easy-to-understand language for customers.
