Job Description
As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in driving event attendance and engaging potential customers within the B2B IT industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential prospects through telephone directories, databases, and provided lead lists.
- Contact customers and prospects using telephone systems, auto-dialers, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Invite prospects and customers to attend B2B IT events, seminars, and webinars related to servers, storage solutions, software, and other technology products.
- Deliver product knowledge and information about products, services, and event benefits using prepared scripts and communication guidelines.
- Maintain a proactive approach to prospect engagement and lead nurturing.
- Work toward achieving project targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain customer databases as needed.
- Record and report call activities using Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospects and customers to maximize event participation and project success.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree holders from any major are preferred
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of IT products or the technology industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly basic Microsoft Excel.
- Strong commitment to achieving targets and meeting project deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong time-management, persistence, and prospect-management abilities.
- Disciplined, professional, and responsible.
- Must own a personal laptop.
Employment Details :
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO) Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Location: Naya Pramuka, Jl. Rawamangun No.59C, Rawasari, Central Jakarta, Indonesia
