Job Description
1. Platform Operations
Memastikan availability dan performa platform digital sesuai target SLA.
Melakukan monitoring terhadap website, aplikasi mobile, API, database, dan server.
Menangani incident, troubleshooting, serta melakukan eskalasi kepada tim engineering apabila diperlukan.
Melakukan preventive maintenance untuk meminimalkan downtime.
2. System Monitoring
Melakukan monitoring terhadap:
Server
Cloud Infrastructure
Database
Network
Storage
Application Performance
Membuat laporan availability, uptime, dan performa sistem.
3. User Support
Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada seluruh user internal.
Menangani ticket IT melalui helpdesk.
Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance perangkat kerja.
Mengelola akun user (email, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, VPN, akses aplikasi).
4. Security & Compliance
Memastikan implementasi security policy perusahaan.
Melakukan monitoring terhadap akses sistem.
Mengelola backup dan recovery data.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Security terkait vulnerability dan incident.
5. Vendor & Infrastructure Management
Berkoordinasi dengan vendor cloud, ISP, hosting, dan software.
Mengelola lisensi software.
Memastikan seluruh infrastruktur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
6. Documentation
Membuat dan memperbarui SOP operasional IT.
Mendokumentasikan incident, root cause analysis, serta action plan.
Menyusun knowledge base untuk kebutuhan operasional.
7. Improvement & Automation
Mengidentifikasi peluang otomasi proses operasional IT.
Memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan performa sistem.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Product, Engineering, dan DevOps dalam implementasi improvement.
Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
2. Pengalaman Minimal 2–4 tahun pengalaman sebagai:
IT Operations
IT Support
System Administrator
Infrastructure Engineer
Cloud Operations
Pengalaman pada perusahaan digital atau startup menjadi nilai tambah.
3. Technical Skills Wajib
Windows & Linux Administration
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Database dasar (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Monitoring Tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic)
Ticketing System (Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
