Job Description :
Draft, review, and manage corporate contracts (SPAL/Surat Perjanjian Angkutan Laut especially agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure all corporate licenses and permits (including SIUPAL/Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan Angkutan Laut) comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Operate OSS system and collaborate with Shipping Operation Dept. to operate SIMLALA system.
Provide legal opinions and legal support to all departments on corporate and operational matters.
Monitor legal compliance, regulatory updates, and identify legal risks to the business.
Manage legal documentation and coordinate with notaries, regulators, and external legal consultants.
Support legal dispute resolution and conduct legal due diligence as required.
Prepare periodic legal reports and maintain proper legal documentation.
Job Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Officer, preferably in the Mining, Shipping, Mining Consulting, or Trading industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate, mining, shipping, commercial, employment, licensing, and regulatory laws.
Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Good understanding of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and legal compliance for Shipping business.
Strong legal analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
