Responsibilities :

  •  Manage all assigned online store activities, including product uploads, pricing updates, and handling customer inquiries and chats 
  •  Manage all features in e-commerce marketplaces, such as store vouchers, flash sales, store feeds, and broadcast features 
  •  Create and execute promotional strategies to increase sales and conversion rates 
  •  Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize ROI 
  •  Increase product exposure, page views, and conversion rates through continuous optimization 
  •  Analyze and prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, product sell-through, and competitor insights in a timely manner 
  •  Manage and monitor the delivery process and ensure smooth after-sales follow-up on assigned accounts 
  •  Experienced in handling Shopee Instant / Same Day delivery orders, ensuring timely processing and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams 
  •  Experienced in managing returns and refund processes, including investigation, coordination, and resolution to maintain customer satisfaction 
  •  Skilled in handling customer complaints and negative reviews, providing appropriate responses and solutions to maintain store reputation and customer trust


    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder from all major are welcome to apply
  • Have high interest on e-commerce and possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
  • Have at least 1 year of e-commerce operations/ e-commerce specialist experience in Brand or similar roles would be preferred
  • Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • Target oriented, Detail oriented, well organized and have a willing to learn attitude
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
  • Willing to work Shifting
  • Have good command in English
  • Will be located at Sedayu City (near with Kelapa Gading)
