Qualifications:
•Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields.
•At least 6 years of experience in Organization Development and Human Capital.
•Having knowledge of organizational structure design, job analysis, performance management systems, job evaluation, and culture management.
•Experienced in handling organization development initiatives such as culture development, change management, and organizational effectiveness programs.
•Having strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and management levels.
Job Descriptions :
•Managing organization structure evaluation, and organization design initiatives aligned with business needs and company strategy.
•Conducting job analysis, workload analysis, and organization mapping to ensure effective organizational structure and workforce optimization.
•Managing performance management systems including KPI setting, performance monitoring, and performance appraisal processes.
•Facilitating coordination with related units regarding employee performance evaluation and organizational effectiveness improvement initiatives.
•Developing and implementing company culture internalization programs to strengthen organizational values and employee engagement.
