Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of retail stores within the assigned district.
Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational standards, customer service, merchandising, and compliance are maintained.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
Ensure proper inventory management and safeguard company assets.
Prepare operational and performance reports for Area Manager review.
Implement company policies, procedures, and retail best practices across all stores.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with proven experience managing multiple stores (preferably 15–25 stores simultaneously).
Strong sales and marketing background with a track record of achieving business targets.
Creative and proactive in driving store productivity and sales growth.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing and able to travel extensively for regular store visits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willing relocate to Medan, Lampung, Samarinda, Surabaya, Makassar.
