We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium Japanese restaurant. If you are service-driven, people-oriented, and committed to excellence, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Deliver an outstanding dining experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing Front of House team through effective leadership and continuous training.

  • Monitor restaurant performance, analyze sales, labor, and operational costs to achieve business targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Team to ensure seamless coordination between food production and service.

  • Manage scheduling, manpower planning, attendance, and team productivity.

  • Monitor inventory, operating supplies, and restaurant assets to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling initiatives, promotional programs, and exceptional guest engagement.

  • Maintain an excellent restaurant atmosphere that reflects the company's brand standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, labor management, and sales performance.

  • Hands-on experience in guest relations and service excellence.

  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and restaurant operational standards.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
