Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang
Support implementation and ensure the stability of code repositories and deployment pipelines
Design and build scalable microservices architectures, ensuring efficient service communication
Manage multiple projects while adhering to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
Implement feedback, improvements, and system enhancements proactively
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs aligned with enterprise standards
Utilize tools like Kafka for distributed messaging and Redis for caching and performance optimization
Ensure system reliability through logging, monitoring, and tracking (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Create clear technical documentation and system visualizations to communicate project architecture and flow
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field
Proven proficiency in Go programming
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Golang developer
Experience implementing Apache Kafka in distributed systems
Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization
Proficient in developing and integrating RESTful APIs according to enterprise standards
Understands and is able to implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Strong understanding of ORM, database optimization, indexing, and transaction management
Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and tracking systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools)
Familiar with working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment and oriented toward quality
