Job Description
Manage AKR infrastructure build including Tank Terminals & Warehouses, Retail Outlets, Land Transport site and new storage facilities /network.
Define detailed project charter based on regulation & SHE standard.
Form the construction team dedicated for each project including tender process with contractors & other external parties when necessary
Define construction requirements, develop design & specs including building material, etc.
Define project budget and time plan.
Define maintenance requirements post projects.
Review design from contractor.
Manage infrastructure/ CAPEX project to ensure specification, timely & cost-efficient.
Execute day-to-day construction by coordinating with contractor, vendor, supplier, etc.
Track & monitor construction progress to enforce SOP compliance & SHE standard.
Flag any potential risk on progress and timeliness of project.
Resolve any on-the-ground issue by coordinating with branch counterparts to ensure smooth construction.
Enforce legal compliance on building specs & requirements. Ensure validity of permit & license needed to undergo construction.
Manage relationship with government/ local stakeholders to secure permit & license. Provide project progress update to respective stakeholders.
Communicate any discrepancies with plan & budget and assist in resolution, when necessary. Liaise with external contractors, engineering consultants, and site engineers hired on project basis.
Develop technical maintenance policy including technical specification, coordinated with SHE & operations team.
Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment.
Ensure proper performance monitoring of subordinates
Provide necessary training to team (internal through coaching, and external through HR).
Perform any other assignment given by direct supervisor
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager
Strong experience in engineering, construction, commissioning and handover of infrastructure projects, including tank terminals, fuel storage facilities, pipelines, jetty & retail fuel stations.
Certification on project management
Familiar with MIGAS engineering standards in practices
Willing to travel frequently to project sites across Indonesia.
