Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Services, and Reservations
Ensure smooth and efficient guest arrival, stay, and departure experiences
Lead, train, and supervise Front Office team members
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and daily revenue performance
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B departments
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and company standards
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Mengelola operasional harian Front Office, termasuk Resepsionis, Layanan Tamu, dan Reservasi
Memastikan proses check-in, selama menginap, dan check-out berjalan lancar
Memimpin, melatih, dan mengawasi tim Front Office
Menangani keluhan tamu dan melakukan service recovery secara profesional
Memantau inventaris kamar, okupansi, dan kinerja pendapatan harian
Berkoordinasi dengan Housekeeping, Engineering, dan F&B
Menjaga standar pelayanan dan kepuasan tamu yang tinggi
Menyiapkan laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP hotel dan standar perusahaan
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience in hotels
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong understanding of Front Office operations, reservations, and guest services
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Hands-on, disciplined, and service-oriented
Familiar with PMS systems and hotel reporting
Strong problem-solving and guest handling abilities
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Persyaratan
Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di Front Office hotel
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor atau Manager
Memahami operasional Front Office, reservasi, dan layanan tamu
Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik
Hands-on, disiplin, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan
Menguasai sistem PMS dan laporan operasional hotel
Mampu menangani masalah dan keluhan tamu dengan baik
