PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our Japanese client in finding great talent as a Freight Forwarding Sales (Air&Sea Freight) to be working in Semarang with the requirement as follows:
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
2. Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions.
3. Prepare quotations, follow up customer inquiries, and support the negotiation process.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of logistics services for customers.
5. Monitor customer shipments and ensure service quality meets customer expectations.
6. Prepare sales reports, customer activity reports, and market updates regularly.
7. Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.
8. Handle customer complaints and provide prompt solutions in coordination with related teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Business level English skill
