BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize building facilities.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste.
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and assisting with minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting work as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Assist during tenant move-in and move-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with building cleanliness and safety standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or building maintenance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Honest, responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
