Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker) with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Possession of active SIPA and STRA licenses for company use
Minimum 3 years of experience as a PPIC & Purchasing Assistant Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical skills in demand forecasting and supply chain planning
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/PPIC systems
Solid understanding of GMP, CPOB, BPOM regulations, ISO 9001, and Halal standards
Excellent planning, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Fluent in English
Job Description :
Assist the PPIC Manager in developing production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts and available capacity
Monitor and control raw materials, primary materials, and packaging inventories to maintain optimal stock levels
Coordinate with related departments to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production processes
Manage and monitor purchasing activities in alignment with production requirements
Conduct sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers for raw and packaging materials
Monitor production performance and analyze variances between planned and actual output
Prepare periodic PPIC reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management review
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements
