  1. Manage all development processes within the dealership product team
  2. Facilitating agile & SAFe events
  3. Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
  4. Actively control the quality of products itself that is managed by the product team
  5. Removing impediments & enhancing productivity
  6. Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
  7. Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.
  8. Encouraging team collaboration & self-organization
