Qualification:

Min YoE: 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Familiar working with Jira, Click Up, or Trello

Responsibility:

Memfasilitasi serangkaian event Scrum seperti daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective
Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan obstacles yang menghambat progres Tim secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat
Mendukung dan aktif berkontribusi dalam improvement Tim yang berkelanjutan melalui event retrospective dan sesi feedback
Mengomunikasikan dan mengkoordinasikan status project, risiko, dan issues kepada stakeholder & product owner
Mendukung dan memastikan Tim dapat memberikan deliverables product/services/solution berkualitas tinggi dan tepat waktu (on time) sesuai timeline pada setiap sprint nya, yang juga termasuk dengan deploy/released
Memastikan bahwa tim mengikuti kerangka kerja Scrum dan mematuhi prinsip-prinsip Agile
Bekerjasama secara komprehensif dengan Product Owner & Engineers (Team Leader, Developer, QA, etc) dalam memprioritaskan product backlog & requirement baru
Mengkoordinasikan dan memastikan dokumentasi project lengkap dan detail untuk setiap sprint nya
Mengikuti & memastikan aktifitas SIT, UAT, Regression Test, Stress Test, Performance Test, Compatibility Test, dan Penetration Test berjalan dengan baik & proper
