Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
- Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit.
- Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

- Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
