QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
- Minimum of two (2) years of hospital nursing experience, including at least
- one (1) year in Radiation Oncology or related specialty and one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Training in Radiotherapy and Brachytherapy procedures
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |General Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical evaluation
- and monitoring of vital signs.
- Assist physicians during patient evaluation and endorse patient concernsas needed.
- Assist in patient endorsements to Patient Navigators and Radiotherapy Technologists.
- Monitor laboratory results and promptly inform attending physicians
- Perform BLS or ACLS when necessary.
- Provide first aid and emergency response in coordination with the hospital ER Team
- Coordinate with the Nursing Supervisor for ambulance requests or patient transport.
