Ensure all compiled documents are neatly arranged and sequential.
Convert all hardcopy documents to softcopy documents for each personal data employee.
Properly filling all documents in a strict folder with confidentiality.
Preparing all the hardcopy documents for deliver to RDS storage.
Skills and Requirements :
Last semester student (no class to attend) or fresh graduate.
Administrator background will be beneficial.
Attention to detail.
Mastering Ms. Excel and Familiar with other Ms. Office.
Willing to be place in Jakarta Selatan (Head Office)
