Placement: West Jakarta
Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 08.30 – 17.30 WIB
What You’ll Do:
Screen and review candidate CVs based on recruitment requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
Ensure recruitment administration is organized and accurate.
Who We’re Looking For:
Final-year undergraduate student from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or other related majors.
Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone calls and messaging platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Willing to work on-site in West Jakarta.
Available to join as soon as possible.
