About the role
We are seeking an experienced and friendly Waiter to join our team at Ta Man in Petitenget, Badung. As a full-time Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in a fast-paced and vibrant beachside environment.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant in a warm and friendly manner
Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating these clearly to the kitchen team
Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set up and cleared efficiently
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar waitressing or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, polite and professional manner
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
