Indonesia Human Capital and Beyond Summit 2026 merupakan event HR non-profit pertama terbesar di Indonesia yang akan diadakan pada tanggal 15 dan 16 September 2026 di Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) PIK 2. Event ini akan berisikan Talk Show, Booth Exhibition, Jobfest dan Live Music Performance.


Syarat dan Ketentuan:

  1. Wajib berpartisipasi selama 2 hari, tanggal 15 dan 16 September 2026

  2. Dibutuhkan untuk posisi: Production, Ticketing, Floor + Crowd Control, Talent & Expert, Show Management, Dokumentasi dan Konten + Social Media.

  3. Berdomisili di Jakarta & Tangerang diutamakan

  4. Diutamakan mahasiswa aktif atau yang baru saja lulus

  5. Memiliki etos kerja yang baik dan mampu bekerja untuk tim

  6. Aktif memiliki berbagai pengalaman organisasi dan kepanitiaan acara di kampus. Diutamkan memiliki pengalaman freelance/volunteer diberbagai event, baik dalam skala sekolah/institusi

  7. Sudah follow akun instagram : @ihcbeyondsummit2026 dan @qubisa.id, serta LinkedIn : Indonesia Human Capital & Beyond Summit (IHCBS).
