FINNS Bali is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be exclusively responsible for driving revenue to fund the SGI X FINNS SAR Helicopter. This is not a traditional hospitality sales role; you will pitch and sell high-value corporate sponsorships, corporate social responsibility (CSR) alignments, and premium brand integrations to local, national, and international brands.

Summary

FINNS World's Best Beach Club is not just a beach club; it's a destination where dreams come alive! We pride ourselves on creating exhilarating entertainment, vibrant energy, and unforgettable F&B experiences. Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, prospect, and pitch high-net-worth corporate partners, international brands, insurance corporations, aviation stakeholders, and lifestyle brands for high-tier sponsorship packages.

  • Create compelling, tailored sponsorship proposals detailing the tangible ROI of partnering with the SAR helicopter (e.g., aircraft hull branding, digital media exposure, integration across high-traffic FINNS venues, and CSR milestone metrics).

  • Own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to contract execution, consistently meeting or exceeding the annual financial targets required to keep the helicopter operational.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with secured sponsors, delivering flawless account management and proof-of-performance metrics to ensure multi-year renewals.

  • Partner with the FINNS Marketing team, SGI aviation coordinators, and BASARNAS public relations to ensure sponsor activations—such as live rescue simulations, VIP media events, and content creation—are executed seamlessly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven success in corporate sponsorship sales, B2B enterprise sales, or high-value fundraising (experience within sports leagues, aviation, CSR initiatives, or major events is highly preferred).

  • A robust, pre-existing Rolodex of corporate decision-makers, brand managers, and CSR directors within Indonesia, Australia, or globally

  • Elite negotiation and closing capabilities. The ability to transform a strictly humanitarian project into a highly commercial, value-driven brand proposition for corporate stakeholders.

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with executive-level presentation capabilities. Strong working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about community impact. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where your sales results directly translate to keeping a life-saving helicopter in the air.
