Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Portfolio & Investment Associate based in Palmerah, Jakarta.
In this role, you will work closely with founders, portfolio companies, shareholders, and internal stakeholders to support business growth, operational improvement, and strategic initiatives across selected portfolio companies. Rather than focusing solely on investment transactions, this role emphasizes portfolio development, stakeholder management, business analysis, and value creation.
You will act as a strategic partner to portfolio companies by identifying business challenges, monitoring performance, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications
Business & Strategic Thinking
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Venture Capital, Portfolio Management, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business models, growth drivers, and operational challenges.
Stakeholder Management
Demonstrated experience working directly with senior stakeholders, founders, management teams, or business leaders.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical & Financial Skills
Ability to interpret financial statements and assess business performance.
Experience conducting business analysis and developing strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or investment analysis is a plus.
Communication & Execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
High ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
Comfortable working with data, business metrics, and performance dashboards.
