Job Responsibilities
Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including financial bookkeeping for revenue, costs, expenses, and assets.
Ledger Management: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), inventory, and expense claims.
Month-End Closing & Reporting: Perform month-end closing activities timely and accurately; prepare financial statements and management analysis reports.
Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings, invoice management (e-invoicing/fapiao), and tax risk mitigation.
Business Analysis & Support: Analyze operational data across sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Internal Controls: Establish, refine, and optimize financial workflows and internal control systems to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle other ad-hoc financial projects and tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Beauty/Cosmetics, or the E-commerce industry is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Familiar with accounting standards, local tax regulations, and standard financial management processes.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.
Competencies: Strong data analytical skills, sharp business acumen, and a deep understanding of business operations.
Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and possesses strong professional ethics.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/headquarters).
