Job Summary:
Responsible for driving the development and commercialization of new FMCG products, from concept generation and formulation to market launch. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet consumer needs, regulatory requirements, cost targets, and business objectives. Focuses on innovation, product improvement, and continuous optimization to support company growth and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
Open for staff - supervisor level. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong understanding of the product development process.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
Highly creative, innovative, agile, and has strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and target-driven.
Great attention to detail and able to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to be placed at Head Office, Alam Sutera.
