Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
Oversee product development and manage all stages of formula creation, including literature review, designing laboratory-scale trial formulas, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring product stability.
Identify opportunities, conduct research, develop and test prototypes, manage resources, collaborate with external partners, and adapt to industry trends to drive impactful and sustainable innovations.
Work closely with the Head of Innovation, Formulation Development, and related teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of innovation and formulation development initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals.
Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and proper calibration requirements for equipment.
Monitor and calculate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) or costing estimates for formulation development to maintain financial control and support profitability.
Does it match your criteria?
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a Pharmacist qualification.
3–4 years of experience in Product Innovation or Development.
Strong interest in cosmetic, skincare, or haircare products.
Proficient in Data Analysis, Formulation Development, Project Management, and Product Knowledge.
