Job Description
Myvan Holdings, Inc. is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Staff to support the company's HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, records management, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent employee support.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memorandums, certifications, notices, and other employee-related documentation
• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, training, and company activities
• Monitor attendance, leave records, probationary evaluations, and other HR reports as assigned
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements, employee concerns, and HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures
• Support HR administrative functions, including government compliance, documentation, and other HR projects
• Perform other duties as assigned and support additional HR, administrative, and organizational initiatives necessary for the efficient operation and continuous growth of the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, or HR Administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage
