Minimum Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience handling SKU creation, product categorization/encoding, pricing, and large datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Background in product administration, merchandising, buying, or a similar product-focused role.
- Comfortable coordinating with international suppliers while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
About the Role
As a Product Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the e-commerce team by maintaining accurate product information, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring products are ready for successful online launches. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys working with data, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
What You'll Do
Product Administration & Data Management
- Maintain and update product details, specifications, pricing, and online listings.
- Assist with product launches by preparing uploads, validating data, and performing quality checks.
- Create reports and analyze product information using Microsoft Excel.
Supplier & Inventory Support
- Communicate with local and international suppliers regarding pricing, production schedules, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Monitor product samples, inventory levels, and order progress.
- Help resolve product-related concerns and delivery issues.
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Support inventory monitoring and competitor research.
- Keep product records and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in SKU creation, product categorization/encoding, pricing, and advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies, costing, and profit margin calculations.
- Experience using ERP platforms such as MYOB is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
