Position : QC Supervisor – Coal Mining
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in coal quality control, coal handling, laboratory operations, or a related mining environment
3. Strong understanding of coal quality parameters, sampling procedures, testing methods, and quality assurance processes
4. Experienced in supervising coal sampling, preparation, testing, and stockpile quality management
5. Familiar with coal quality standards, laboratory practices, and mining operational processes
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
7. Proven leadership experience in managing QC personnel and coordinating with operations, logistics, and customers
8. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
9. Willing to be placed at the mining site in Kalimantan with a roster system arrangement
