This role will focus on increasing sales growth and profitability across Style Korean Indonesia's B2B and B2C channels by:
Creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns to achieve specified targets.
Managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability across various sales platforms.
Building strong relationships with current and potential clients/partners.
Optimizing distributor performance.
Collaborating closely with our functional teams (operations, creative, warehouse, etc.) and external trade partners.
Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Ensuring compliance with defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform’s PIC and communicating updates within the internal team.
Generating and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in any major (preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications, Marketing, or similar field)
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or eCommerce for the Executive position.
Experience working in or with offline retail stores (Guardian, Watsons, Sociolla, etc) is beneficial.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Broad knowledge of beauty products and trends.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fast learner, creative, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, flexible, hardworking, and willing to work on-site.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to work on-site (WFO) at Bintaro and/or SCBD area
