As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of JRT PHL's growth — finding customers, closing deals, building relationships, and bringing back market intelligence that shapes our strategy. This role combines office-based and field-based work, and requires flexibility, initiative, and a genuine passion for selling.
You will cover both online and offline channels: from cold calls and field visits to e-commerce platforms and social media. No two days are the same, and the earning potential grows with your performance.
Sales & Business Development
• Prospect and contact potential customers through calls, messages, email, social media, and field visits.
• Present and sell JRT PHL products clearly and persuasively to clients across channels.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
• Visit potential clients at stores, restaurants, offices, cafés, malls, and other business locations.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines; process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
• Identify and develop new accounts, channels, and business opportunities for company growth.
Market Intelligence & Research
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and strategies across platforms and in the field.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvement.
• Conduct regular competitor checks on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social media channels.
• Submit structured market intelligence reports to management weekly and monthly.
Marketing & Events Support
• Support product launches, brand activations, sampling events, and trade fair activities.
• Assist in social media content gathering, customer engagement, and e-commerce store management.
• Help create and distribute marketing materials, flyers, and digital content as directed.
Reporting & Administration
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Maintain and update the customer and prospect database with complete, current information.
• Coordinate with operations and admin regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Liquidate field-related expenses on time and keep all customer information confidential.
