About the role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team at PT. Inti Harmoni Solusindo' in the Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta Raya region. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work on a range of exciting network infrastructure projects.
What you'll be doing
Implement and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and standardise network processes and procedures
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other IT personnel
Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure
What we're looking for
At least a Bachelor's deggree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a strong understanding of network design, configuration and troubleshooting
Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points
Hands-on experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP and DNS
Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
