Job Description:
Manage and ensure the operation of server infrastructure and ICT services in accordance with established standards and procedures to support business operations.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers and supporting services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 Years of experience in Server Administration or System Engineering is an advantage
Knowledge of Windows & Linux Server, Virtualization, Storage, and infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, Mail Server, etc.).
Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/VLAN).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Virtualization Server, HCI Server, Containerization Server, Backup System, Powershell and Batch File, Linux Administrator (Mail Server Mailbox and Gateway), DNS Server, NFS, SMB / CIFS Mounting, Repository, Reverse Proxy, Web Server, Syslog, RAID, NTP, NMS, Windows Administrator (Active Directory, Windows File Sharing, NPS Radius, RAID, Event Log, DHCP), Microsoft 365 Administrator (Exchange Online, Sharepoint, EntraID, etc), Database Server, Antivirus Server, Storage System (RAID, SAN, NAS, DAS), Routing and Switching Concept, Firewall Concept, Physical Server Enterprise.
