Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
Experience in Data Entry
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Tasks & Responsibilities
Review documents and collect applications for visa processing.
Address customer/applicant queries in person or via email and telephone.
Handle cash and bank transactions when assigned, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry with zero errors.
Oversee the administration and logistics of documents delivery to the consulate, applicant, or logistics company.
Adhere to standard operating procedures, manuals, and guidelines without deviation.
Inform applicants about available Value-Added Services and ensure the delivery of these options to applicants/customers.
Encourage applicants to provide feedback on the services offered and their overall experience at the application center.
Ensure that all processes are completed within the mandated turnaround time (TAT).
