What you'll be doing
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for various roles within the organisation
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
• Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to ensure consistent and high-quality service
What we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the HR or FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Proven track record of building and managing a high-performing recruitment team
• Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools
• Data-driven mindset and ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
