We are looking for a Communications Trainer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering communication and language training programs that help improve employee performance and customer experience. You will facilitate engaging training sessions, monitor learner progress, and provide coaching to ensure training objectives are met.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in college (with no back subjects).
- Minimum of 2 years of overall BPO experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer, Communications Trainer, SME, or Quality Analyst (QA).
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Willing to work onsite.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
