Accounting & Admin Assistant!
What you'll be doing
• Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts payable/receivable
• Processing invoices, payments, and banking transactions
• Preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Assisting with payroll processing and employee onboarding
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed
What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within the Accounting/Accounts Officers/Clerks industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
