Job Position: School Admin & Admissions Officer
Sunshine Preschool is looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented School Admin & Admissions Officer to be the welcoming face of our school.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative and financial accuracy, and can confidently communicate with parents to support school admissions and enrollment growth.
The successful candidate will play an important role in creating positive first impressions for prospective families while ensuring smooth daily school administration.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Parent Relations
Welcome parents, visitors, and prospective families professionally and warmly
Serve as the first point of contact for parent inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and social media)
Provide clear and accurate information about school programs, schedules, and enrollment procedures
Build positive relationships with current and prospective parents
Handle parent concerns and direct them appropriately when needed
Admissions & Marketing Support
Conduct school tours and explain Sunshine Preschool’s programs confidently
Follow up with prospective parents and nurture leads through the enrollment process
Support student admissions, registration, and onboarding documentation
Assist in promoting school programs, events, and enrollment campaigns
Help convert inquiries into enrollments through excellent communication and service
School Administration
Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation
Prepare and organize reports, forms, and school correspondence
Manage filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate administrative support for school operations
Finance & Billing Administration
Manage school fee invoicing and payment records
Monitor tuition payments and prepare payment reminders/follow-ups
Record financial transactions accurately and maintain organized documentation
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in financial administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, admissions, or related roles
Experience in education/school administration is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable handling numbers, billing, and administrative financial tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
